The “Golden Rule” is Jesus’ solution for the problem of what to do with people who might not always be agreeable. But more than that, Jesus teaches that it is how things work throughout God’s Kingdom. Pastor Luke looks at Matthew 7:7–12 in “The Golden Rule,” the first message in a new series “In Conclusion….”

Kindness – Part 3 of “What’s Good”

We’ve seen that justice is difficult, and not very lovable. Kindness is simpler, because the Golden Rule tells us what we need to do, and it makes us feel good when we see it. Why, then, is kindness so rare? Jesus says it’s because we misunderstand what kindness does, and miss out on the blessing God offers with it. What did he mean? Pastor Luke preaches from Luke 6 in “Kindness,” part 3 of his 4-part series “What’s Good.”
