The name Immanuel only occurs three times in the whole Bible. But it means “God is with us.” That idea is all through the Bible, but the coming of Jesus gives it a deeper, richer meaning. Pastor Luke preaches from Isaiah 7:10–16 in “God With Us,” the concluding message in his series “The Promise of Christmas.”
